Depending on destination, passenger may be required to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization in advance.

Passengers who are eligible to apply for the Electronic System for Travel Authorization but have not completed the application may not be able to board our flights due to instructions from the authorities of the country or region where they travel or transit. Please complete the application in advance.

Passengers who meet all of the following conditions:

  • ・Nationals (including Japan) who do not require a visa to enter Canada

Korea Passengers entering the country under the visa-waiver agreement
However, during the period designated by the Korean authorities, passengers who are nationals of the 22 eligible countries/regions are exempt from obtaining a K-ETA in advance. Please check KOREA IMMIGRATION SERVICE for details of target countries and regions.

UK Nationals of countries designated by the UK Government (including Japanese nationals from January 8, 2025), and who enter and transit under conditions specified by the United Kingdom are required to obtain an electronic travel authorisation (ETA).
