There are two departure lounges in the Narita International Airport, the ANA SUITE LOUNGE and the ANA LOUNGE.

Note: When transferring from an ANA-operated international flight to a domestic flight operated by another airline at an airport outside Japan, the lounge access criteria might be different—please confirm the lounge access criteria with the relevant airline.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE Vouchers allow you to use ANA designated lounges in Japan, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative upon entering the lounge. One voucher allows access for one person. Other than Premium members, all members who hold an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher may use it. Diamond Members can select getting 6 Lounge Access vouchers.

When connecting from an ANA Japan domestic route to an ANA-operated international route within 24 hours, international First Class and Business Class passengers may use the domestic lounge of the departure airport within Japan and the international lounge of Japan domestic connecting airports.

Itinerary 1: Connecting from a Japan Domestic Flight to an International Flight
If you travel from Osaka (Itami Airport) via Tokyo (Narita Airport) to a destination outside Japan, you can use the lounges at Itami and Narita airports. Lounges at the arrival airport outside Japan cannot be used. Please note that lounge access in this example is limited to itineraries with connections to an international flight within 24 hours of the arrival time of the Japan domestic flight.
Itinerary 2: Connecting from a Japan Domestic Flight to an International Flight (Including Ground Transportation)
If you travel from Haneda Airport to Tokyo (Narita Airport) using ground transportation and then travel on an international flight from Narita Airport, you can use the lounges at Itami and Narita airports. Lounges at the arrival airport outside Japan cannot be used. Please note that lounge access in this example is limited to itineraries with connections to an international flight within 24 hours of the arrival time of the Japan domestic flight.
When connecting from an ANA-operated international route to an ANA Japan domestic route (or to another ANA International flight) within 24 hours, international First Class and Business Class passengers may use the international lounge of the departure airport within Japan and the domestic lounge of Japan domestic connecting airports.

Itinerary 3: Connecting from an International Flight to a Japan Domestic Flight or Another International Flight
If you travel from an airport outside Japan via Tokyo (Narita Airport) to your final destination, you can use the lounges at the airport outside Japan and Narita Airport. Lounges at the arrival airport cannot be used. Please note that lounge access in this example is limited to itineraries with connections to the next flight within 24 hours of the arrival time of the international flight.
Itinerary 4: Connecting from an International Flight to a Japan Domestic Flight or Another International Flight (Including Ground Transportation)
If you travel from Kansai Airport using ground transportation to Osaka (Itami Airport) and then from Itami Airport to your final destination, you can use the lounges at the airport outside Japan and Itami Airport. Lounges at the arrival airport cannot be used.
Please note that lounge access in this example is limited to itineraries with connections to the next flight within 24 hours of the arrival time of the international flight.
You can use eligible lounges at discounted rates by paying for lounge access in advance through the ANA website. Paid lounge access is available at Haneda and Narita airports in Japan and the Honolulu airport in the U.S.
