Purchases can be made from one month prior to the day of travel until five minutes before the bus departure.
Search for any route that includes arrival or departure at Haneda Airport or Narita Airport.
From the list, select a route that uses the limousine bus service and proceed to route details.
Click the orange [Web Reservation] button displayed in the route details.
Check the boarding section and select the number of passengers, then click [Proceed to Reservation].
Confirm that the purchaser information and payment method are correct before making your purchase.
After purchase, a QR code will be issued as your boarding ticket.
Check your reservation in the reservation/purchase completion email received or in Travel CUBE's List of Reservations.
At your reserved time on the departure day, scan the QR code on a dedicated terminal to use the reserved bus service.

A. The maximum number of pieces of checked baggage that can be checked in is two per person. (Each piece must be no larger than 50 x 60 x 120 cm and weigh up to 30 kg) Please note that we may decline to accept baggage of a quantity or size that may cause an interruption to the operation of the service.

Please allow plenty of time for your trip, as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect with your flight even if your arrival at the airport is delayed due to factors such as road congestion. Please note that the operating company will not be held responsible for any damages incurred due to delays.
The bus does not connect with flights, therefore, refunds due to flight delays also cannot be provided. Please be sure to change or cancel your reservation yourself at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes after 5 minutes.
A. Child fares apply to children aged 6 to under 12 (even 12-year-olds who are still in elementary school are subject to child fares). The fare is half the adult fare (fractions less than 10 yen are rounded up to the nearest 10 yen).
If a preschool child will be using a seat, please purchase a ticket at the child fare.
If you are holding a preschool-aged child on your lap, the ride is free, so you do not need to purchase a ticket.
