ANA's Check in counter is located in level 3 in terminal 5.

About VAT (TAX) refunds
A value-added tax (VAT) is applied to items purchased in Sweden or other EU countries, but visitors may apply for the refund of the tax.

Please visit the tax refund counter located in level 3 or custom to get a verification stamp on the refund document before checking in the baggage at the ANA's check in counter. - Passengers traveling with tax refund goods in carry on baggage
Please visit the tax refund counter located in level 3 or cumtom to get a verification stamp on the refund document and go directly to the security control. Some of the high value products may be asked to show the actual product at the tax refund counter after the security control.
Transit
Connection flight from ANA to other airlines
- For passenger who has domestic connection flight or connection flight within EU countries (Follow the green arrow in the map).
Please proceed to the transit security check after immigration.- * If transferring to a different terminal, please use the free terminal shuttle bus from Gate F5 after passing the transit security check
- * If the destination on the baggage tag is the final destination, there is no need to pick it up at Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
- For passenger who has domestic connection flight or connection flight to outside of EU countries (Follow the blue arrow in the map).
Passengers do not need to enter Sweden.- * If transferring to a different terminal, please use the free terminal shuttle bus from Gate F1.
Connection flights from other airline to ANA flight
- Passenger who arrived from domestic flight or from flights within EU countries (follow the green arrow in the map)
Please proceed to the departure gate for the ANA flight after immigration.
* If transferring from a different terminal, please use the free terminal shuttle bus and alight at Gate F5 in Terminal 5.
