In order to use your card, you must first activate it.
Please activate your card in the following way.
Online
- Please access Dah Sing Bank website.

Please fill in following information and click "confirm"
- HKID number or Passport number
- 16 digits of your credit card number
- Date of birth
- Telephone number
Over the phone
- Please call 24-Hour Phone Banking Service Hotline at 2828-8168.
- Please press 2 to select English language and then press 1, 1, 2 accordingly.

Please fill in following information
- 16 digits of your credit card number
- the first 6 digits of HKID number or Passport number

Your date of birth indicated on your HKID or Passport
DD/MM/YYYY ex:16-01-1974→16011974 - Telephone number
After successfully activate the card
Sign the signature panel on the back of your Card.
The credit limit of your card is shown on lower portion of the card carrier.
Please read the enclosed "Cardholder Agreement" and place it in a secure place.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
PIN for ATM and phone banking will be mailed to your billing address respectively.

You can access your account on the Internet anytime from the following URL where you can check your current account status, recent transactions, statement and even making payments. Please open your e-Banking account on banks's website.
