Job Title Department Responsibilities Position Requirements
Agent S1, Reservations (Ref: RR) Reservations The successful candidate is responsible for handling incoming calls and complaints in a professional manner, providing information on flights, fares, mileage schemes, travel products, assisting customers with making reservations and coordinate with various departments for any flight irregularities. The role will also involve managing general office duties, including administrative tasks and operational reports as assigned by the superior.
  • HKDSE / Diploma / QF Level 3 equivalent qualification or above.
  • Previous working experience in call center or customer service related field will be an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, proficiency of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Good customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint software applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Endeavor to take on challenges.
  • Working at Tsim Sha Tsui office from Monday to Friday (exclude public holidays).

Agent S1 , Passenger Services Department (Ref: KI) Passenger Services The successful candidate is responsible for provides services to ANA customers at HKIA; monitor ground handling agents performance to ensure services level meets ANA standards. And to perform administrative work assigned by superior. To internal, provide support to superiors on daily operation activities; engage and complete the project and presentation as well as when being assigned.
  • HKDSE / Form 7 / Diploma or Above
  • 2-3 years' equivalent job experience in airlines/travel industry is preferable
  • Must proficiency in Japanese speaking
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) speaking will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office applications)
  • Able to work independently as well as good team player with positive and flexible working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Endeavor to take on challenge
  • Working at HK International Airport on shift duties and public holidays. In case of operational needs, overnight shift duty may be required.
  • Outdoor working in airport apron and restricted areas are required.
