Hanshin Koshien Stadium, a sacred ground for Japanese baseball passing on history and tradition to the future
For nearly a century, the history of Hanshin Koshien Stadium in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, has been synonymous with the history of Japanese high school baseball and the Hanshin Tigers. The Museum of Hanshin Koshien Stadium is an exhibition facility founded to contribute to the promotion of Japanese baseball culture. There is also a guided stadium tour conducted of the normally off-limits backstage of the stadium.

This museum chronicles the history of Koshien Stadium cultivated over many years, including the gripping high school baseball spring and summer championships held annually here and the dramatic history of the Hanshin Tigers. Baseball fans of all ages will be thrilled at the incredible displays and videos, as well as the various hands-on experience areas such as the VR video including flying over Koshien Stadium through a drone camera, and the draft experience area that lets you feel the excitement of being drafted by the 12 professional baseball teams of the Central and Pacific Leagues.

Stadium tour
Enjoy a guided tour full of surprises and emotions as you take a look at the backstage of Hanshin Koshien Stadium usually not seen by spectators (duration approximately 50 minutes). The course of the stadium tour varies from day to day, but on game days you can see the rare practice sessions of the Hanshin Tigers players. (The tour contents may change depending on weather conditions.)
