The ANA Group has been awarded a 5-Star rating -the highest in the world- for 13 consecutive years by SKYTRAX, the world's leading airline service rating agency.
The high rating was due to consistently providing high-quality services, having a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our global customers, and continuously improving our services.
Only 11 airlines worldwide have achieved the highest rating, and the ANA Group is the only airline in Japan that has earned the highest rating for more than 10 years in a row.

Founded in 1989 and based in London in the U.K., SKYTRAX is a company providing ratings for the aviation industry. In addition to the World Airline Ratings in which airlines are rated on a scale from 1 to 5-Star, SKYTRAX also holds the annual World Airline Awards, in which it evaluates over 200 airlines and presents awards based on a range of customer surveys, including its very own online questionnaires.
The SKYTRAX World Airline Rating covers over 800 categories from airports to inflight services, with 5 stars presented only to those airlines providing customers with services worthy of the rating.
In the APEX*2-sponsored World Class Rating, ANA Group has been awarded the "WORLD CLASS" rating for the second consecutive year.
ANA received high praise for its safe and clean cabin environment, commitment to a sustainable society, and its high-quality service that is attentive to all customers.
Additionally, ANA's outstanding boarding experience and innovation were recognized at the APEX/IFSA Awards, co-hosted by the International Flight Services Association (IFSA)*3. For the first time, ANA won the "Innovation Award for Best Cabin 2026".
