First Class Priority Baggage
First Class passengers who wish to check bags should proceed to the baggage drop counter, where a baggage tag will be attached with First Priority or First Class Priority printed on it. These bags will arrive first at Baggage Claim for easy and quick retrieval. Get More Baggage Information.

Disembarking
First Class passengers are welcome to disembark first from the aircraft. If you have checked bags, proceed to Baggage Claim, where your prioritized bags should arrive promptly.

ANA Original
ANA Chefs - Japanese Cuisine
The appetizer features round slices of roe-filled sweetfish seared until tender enough to even eat the bones. The side dish for September and October is lightly boiled conger pike in a thick grated daikon radish sauce. The main is a traditional Japanese kudzu flour-coated Wagyu beef sirloin stew with a side of fragrant shiitake, maitake, and abalone mushrooms sautéed in Échiré butter. November's side dish is steamed sticky rice mixed with Japanese yam bulbils and chopped burdock root, topped with a grilled fillet of unagi eel dipped in a sweet and savory soy-based sauce. Miso-marinated pomfret is served with sautéed mushrooms, both roasted between fragrant sheets of cedar. Accompanying is candied chestnuts with a bitter inner skin, briefly deep fried to retain the whiteness of the batter, and sweet pickled bright purple radish.

ANA Original
ANA Chefs - International Cuisine
The appetizer starts with duck hiding paprika and orange chutney inside. Lightly smoked kisslip cuttlefish is served with a yuzu miso-flavored tartar sauce. Enjoy with lotus root and taro pickled in a red perilla sauce. The main is a succulent grilled Wagyu beef fillet. Accompanying is an array of fall flavors featuring a specially made Madeira sauce with cubes of chicken liver pate and chestnut pancakes. Grilled flounder is topped with a shrimp and scallop mousse and carefully selected shiitake mushrooms layered like scales. A Kujo green onion risotto is made with authentic Italian Carnaroli rice.

IPPUDO Plant-based "Pla-ton" Ramen
Newly available from December 2022, this plant-based pork bone flavor ramen does not contain any animal-derived ingredients. This vegan-friendly dish will allow a wider range of customers peace of mind to enjoy the richness and depth of Ippudo's popular ramen.

The flagship red Bordeaux blend from Kenzo Estate in Napa valley. This wine is elegant, reserved and enchanting, with aromatics framed by ripe raspberry and rose petal. On the palate, pronounced layers of berrylike fruits mingle with black pepper, with an elegant acidity and fine tannins. This is excellent wine with good depth and delicate smoothness. A wonderful paring with meat dishes such as duck and beef.

Rijckaert Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Sur La Roche Vieilles Vignes 2022
Burgundy, France
This domaine was founded in 1998 by Belgian Jean Rijckaert for the purpose of producing wine that makes good food much better. Taking full advantage of its diverse terroir, it is known for producing elegant, pure, mineral wines. The newly certified Premier Cru vineyard in Pouilly-Fuissé produces white wines that pair perfectly with the rich fruitiness and pleasant acidity and minerality of old vines.

Naohiko Noguchi — god of sake brewing — has launched a brewery as a new culumination of his dedication to the art of great sake for over 70 years. This sake has fresh aromas and sweet, grassy notes like cantaloupe or lilies. Approachable, gentle and soft on the palate, fruity flavors become more pronounced after some time.

FUKUCHIYO SHUZO (Saga)
Inspired by the unwavering trust of sake enthusiasts, FUKUCHIYO SHUZO passionately crafts "Nabeshima" in a quest to create a natural sake that gently engages and plays with the five senses. Perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity, with a beautiful lingering finish. This is a sake that becomes one with any dishes.

Founded in 1647, this sake brewery is famous for being the first sake brewery to be selected by a three-star restaurant in France. The brewery currently grow its own rice in Hyogo and Okayama. This sake has ripe fruit aromas, gorgeous white flowers, and herbal notes. The palate is characterized by umami, minerality and astringency. It is an elegant sake that offers a variety of flavors and a lasting aftertaste.

Tea Selection
Dallmayr is the only coffee roastery to also have decades of experience with tea. The
company was already purchasing precious tea leaves from special traders at the end of
the 19th century (around 1850). Since the 1930s, in regard to the high quality
standards of the delicatessen in Munich, the Dallmayr tea department was known for
its premium and outstanding tea varieties.
ANA's Specialty Coffee Selection
The Daterra ("from the earth" in Portuguese) is one of the largest coffee farms in Brazil, the world capital of coffee production.
