The following privacy statement provides additional general information about how ANA's management of personal information fulfils the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA").
Information ANA Collects
"Personal data" refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual (including, but not limited to, you) who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which ANA has or is likely to have access. Any Personal data which ANA may collect falls within the categories set out in Part 4 of Chapter 1 of the ANA Privacy Policy.
ANA generally collects your personal data only for the purposes set out in Part 3 of Chapter 1 of the ANA Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by or in compliance with the PDPA or other applicable laws.
Accuracy, Access, and other Rights to your Personal Data
You may exercise your rights in relation to access, correction, withdrawal of consent and other rights under the PDPA via the contact point set out in Part 13 of Chapter 1 the ANA Privacy Policy.
