From May 19 to the end of June 2026 (planned), the Japane domestic and international passenger service systems will be integrated to a new system by airport.
During this system migration period, some airports will be operating on the pre-integration system while others will have migrated to the new system. This will result in restrictions on some domestic services and differences in procedures between airports.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the above period, the handling of certain Japan domestic flight services will differ depending on whether an airport is pre-integration or migrated to the new system.
Please refer to the table below, using your flight's departure date and departure airport, to determine whether the airport is pre-integration or already migrated to the new system. Based on the schedule, please check the details regarding service limitations.

Due to renewal of fares, flights departing before or on May 18, 2026 cannot be changed to flights departing on or after May 19, 2026.
In the case of any changes being made due to personal reasons, regardless of fare, please request a refund and make a new reservation for your desired itinerary. A cancellation fee will apply for refunds.
For flights departing from an Pre-integration Airport, seat reservations cannot be made from 48 to 24 hours before the departure time. For fares that allow Advance Seat Reservation, your seat reservation must be made no later than 48 hours before the departure time, or when completing your check-in online or at an airport counter.
Passengers with connecting flights (connect from an Pre-integration Airport to an airport that has already migrated to the new system) may not be able to use self-service check-in machines.
Please use online check-in or check-in at an airport counter.
If you wish to make a airport standby, services may differ between Pre-integration Airports and airports that has already migrated to the new system those using the new system.
Upgrade standby is not available at Pre-integration Airports.
For Japan domestic partner airline-operated flights*2, online check-in via the ANA Website/ANA App will continue to be available for Pre-integration Airports.
Please complete the online check-in using the URL in the "Check-in Information" notification from the operating airline.
For flights departing from Pre-integration Airports, the "Change Seat," "Cancel/Change Check-in" and "Print Boarding Pass" buttons will not appear on the main screen of the ANA App from 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Instead, the "Start Check-in/View Reservation" button will be displayed.
For online check-in, seat changes and other functions, please proceed via the "Start Check-in/View Reservation" button.

At airports that has already migrated to the new system, upgrade standby cannot be requested via the ANA website or ANA app. If you wish to request an upgrade standby, please contact an airport staff.
For Japan domestic partner airline-operated flights*3, online check-in will be available via each partner airline's website for airports migrated to the new system.
If your first flight segment is an ANA-operated flight and you are connecting to a partner airline-operated flight that allows Through Check-in, you can use online check-in via the ANA Website/ANA App. Please complete the online check-in using the URL in the "Check-in Information" notification from the operating airline.
