Find information for terms and conditions on accruing mileage, how to register mileage and more when using ANA partner airlines.
Please register your 10-digit AMC membership number.
Present your ANA Card or ANA Mileage Club Card.
A short reference note (with information in English and Simplified Chinese) is available to explain what ANA's frequent flyer program partners need to do when you request mileage registration. It can be useful when completing procedures at the airport.
This is also required when purchasing a ticket under the ANA flight number for a codeshare flight that is operated by an ANA partner airline.
Hang on to your original boarding pass, e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt, and passenger ticket receipt until you’ve confirmed that mileage from your flight has been credited to your account.
Even if you entered your AMC details when booking or checking in, occasionally mileage accrual might not be processed automatically by the airline operating the flight.
Mileage will be credited to your account between 3 days and 1 month after the departure date.
Retroactive mileage registration for eligible ANA partner airlines are accepted online through the ANA website (see instructions below).
Retroactive mileage registration is available if you didn’t register your ANA Mileage Club number to your flight reservation. These miles can be retroactively registered 3 days up to 6 months after the boarding date.
After you have logged in, please attach your confirmation documents (see below) and register your retroactive mileage on the Retroactive Mileage Registration page.
It takes up to 1 month from submission to process completion. Send attachments as .pdf .jpg .jpeg .gif .png formats.
Please send the documents required (see below) to the following address. They must be received within 6 months from the departure date.

Basic mileage is multiplied by the accrual rate for the relevant fare type to calculate the amount of mileage that will be earned from an international flight. The accrual rates for each fare type differ according to the partner airline.
Mileage is based on the Ticketed Point Mileage (TPM) that is published by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) every autumn.
This published TPM is applicable to the subsequent 1-year period starting from January 1.
Flights are indicated with the flight number of the operating airline in the Members-only Features and mileage statements.
Bonus miles are only indicated as accrued in the Members-only Features and mileage statements if the operating airline's flight is eligible for mileage accrual.
Premium Points can only be accrued when using mileage accrual-eligible fares on flights operated by the ANA Group or Star Alliance member airline or Star Alliance Connecting Partner, and only when miles from the eligible flight are registered to AMC.
