- Customers under the age of 2 on ANA Group operated flight are welcome for free.
- Accompanying guests are kindly requested to enter the lounge with the eligible customer.
- Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 and drink-driving are prohibited by law.
- All customers are required to present their boarding pass and mileage card at the reception. Please make sure that you have these items ready to present to the staff before entering the lounge.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers allow you to use ANA designated lounges in Japan, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative upon entering the lounge. One voucher allows access for one person. Other than Premium members, all members who hold an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher may use it. Diamond Members can select getting 6 Lounge Access vouchers.
