ANA provides special assistance to travelers 65 and older who are traveling alone. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance if you anticipate needing assistance.
This service applies only to ANA operated flights. For codeshare flights and flights operated by other carriers, please check with the operating carrier.
ANA assistance includes escorting senior from the check-in counter to the boarding gate or to an ANA lounge for eligible passengers. Wheelchairs are available to rent at all airports.
If you wish to pre-board, please inform the staff at the boarding gate.
Our cabin crew will gladly assist you in stowing your baggage.
Most aircraft are equipped with a cabin wheelchair for your convenience on board. Please see a member of the cabin crew if you would like to use the onboard wheelchair.
If you have requested assistance for disembarkation, please remain seated until our staff comes to your seat to escort you off the aircraft.
We will escort senior passengers from the aircraft to the arrival lobby or passenger pickup area.
If you have a connecting flight, we will assist you through the terminal to your next flight, or to a shuttle if the flight departs from a different terminal.
