During the campaign period, members who reserve an ANA Japan Domestic Flight Award on a Japan domestic route for a date within the eligible departure period (regular season) can redeem their ticket for 2,500 miles less than normal.

- Award Users may be asked to present documentation to verify their relationship with the ANA Mileage Club member.
Reservation and ticketing
Members will become eligible for this campaign after logging in to the ANA website, proceeding to the flight award reservations screen, selecting their preferred flight, and then selecting Award Reservation (Campaign Mileage) in the campaign information box at the bottom of the Passenger Information screen.
This campaign is only available online. Please log in to the ANA website, ANA app, or ANA Mileage Club app and then make your reservation from the flight award reservations screen.

- If your itinerary contains 2 sectors on routes requiring different mileage amounts, you must make a reservation and issue a flight award for each sector.
- Please note that campaign mileage is available for non-stop flights on eligible routes only.
- There is a separate mileage chart showing the amounts of mileage required for the four sectors to/from Okinawa's outlying islands, but itineraries containing flights to/from an outlying island in the Okinawa Prefecture (Miyako or Ishigaki) with a connection in Naha are not eligible for this campaign.
- The number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.
Changes and Cancellations
- Reservation changes to flight tickets issued through this campaign will only be permitted if they involve a change to a flight on the same sector and within the eligible departure period. Changes to departure and arrival airports are not permitted.
- However, for flights to/from Tokyo/Osaka, it is possible to switch the departure and arrival airports between those specified below if there are vacant seats on the flight you would like to change to.
- Flights to/from Tokyo: Haneda Airport, Narita Airport
- Flights to/from Osaka: Itami Airport, Kansai Airport, Kobe Airport
- Reservation changes must be made by 1 day prior to the new departure date and before the departure time of the originally reserved flight. On the departure date, it is not possible to change to a flight at a different time.
- Flights cannot be changed to dates falling outside the eligible boarding period.
- Refunds are available for Japan Domestic Flight Awards for which all segments are unused, and require payment of the designated refund charge (3,000 miles per person).
- It is not possible to switch to campaign mileage for flight awards that have already been reserved and issued using the standard amount of required mileage, even if they fall within the eligible departure period and on an eligible route.
- Miles that have expired at the time of the refund request cannot be refunded.
- Reservations can be changed on the ANA website for reasons such as bad weather.
- Reservations for flight awards that are redeemed with ANA Family Miles cannot be changed on the ANA website. In this instance, please contact the ANA Mileage Club Service Center.
7% Miles Back Campaign for ANA Traveler's Hotels

Members who reserve and issue an ANA Japan Domestic Flight Award and then use miles to reserve an ANA Traveler's hotel during the campaign period will get 7% of their miles back from the hotel reservation.

- Members will be notified of their mileage accrual upon the miles being credited to their balance.
- The miles accrued through this campaign are valid only for the member accruing them, and cannot be transferred or sold to other persons. Please also note that requests for exchange, refunds, or conversion into cash will not be accepted.
- The total amount of mileage accrued through this and other campaigns will not exceed 20% of the total value of all transactions.
- As stipulated in the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, please note that members who get miles back through this campaign may not be eligible for selection in other campaigns carried out by ANA during the same period.
