Various Conditions of ANA Milage Club Member Services
Please be advised that some changes will be made to the various conditions of ANA milage club member services.
1. ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards
Please be advised that some changes will be made to various conditions of ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards boarding on/after May 19, 2026, due to the renewal of ANA Japan domestic passenger service system.
Expiration Date for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards for Flights Boarding Until May 18, 2026 (Updated May 20, 2025)
- Reservations for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards for flights boarding until May 18, 2026 cannot be changed to or used for flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026.

If you would like to change your reservation to a boarding date on/after May 19, 2026, please refund your current flight award tickets and arrange your desired itinerary anew.
Refunds will be subject to a mileage cancellation fee.
Miles that have expired at the time of refund processing cannot be refunded. - For ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards boarding until May 18, 2026, please complete the refund procedures on the ANA website prior to the departure of the first sector of your reservation.
- Flights boarding until May 18, 2026, and flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026, cannot be reserved or issued under the same reservation.
ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards for Flights Boarding on/after May 19, 2026 (Updated May 20, 2025)
ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards for flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026 will go on sale on May 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time).
Cannot be used for reservation changes or flights boarding until May 18, 2026.
Change of Validity Period
The validity period for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards tickets will be changed for boardings on/after May 19, 2026.
The itinerary must start within 1 year of ticket issuance, and the sectors other than the first sector of the itinerary must be used within one year from the itinerary start date.
Changes of Reservations Start Time (Updated April 8, 2025)
The following changes are being made to when reservations will open for flights boarding on/after May 19, 2026.

Itinerary (Updated May 20, 2025)
Available for one-way or round-trip itineraries.
- One-way travel is available for direct single-sector nonstop flight itineraries or two-sector connecting flight itineraries.
- For round-trip itineraries, a combination of nonstop flights and connecting flights can be used.
- For round-trip itineraries, the departure point and final return point must be in the same city.

Inbound: Osaka to Tokyo
Point of arrival on outbound journey is different from the point of departure on inbound journey

Examples of Not Available Itineraries
The points of departure and arrival on the outbound and inbound journeys are all different
Outbound: Tokyo to Fukuoka
Inbound: Nagasaki to Osaka
The point of departure on the outbound journey is different to the point of arrival on the inbound journey
Outbound: Tokyo to Fukuoka
Inbound: Nagasaki to Osaka
Introduction of Itineraries with Connecting Flights
We will offer a new service for the itineraries with connecting flights for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards boarding on/after May 19, 2026.
The Required Mileage Chart for "4 Sectors Involving Okinawa's Outlying Islands" will be discontinued for boardings until May 18, 2026.

ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards - Terms and Conditions (Updated May 20, 2025)
Change of Applicable Ages of Infants and Children
- The applicable ages of infants and children will be changed as follows.

Infants also require a ticket.
Please book and issue tickets for infants at the same time as accompanying adults after registering as an award user.

- Infants and children occupying their own seat require the same mileage as an adult.
Procedures for Changes and Refunds When Using ANA Card Family Miles or ANA Mileage Club Family Account (AFA) Service
For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, reservation changes and refunds will be available via the ANA website for flight award tickets redeemed by combining miles of family members using the ANA Card Family Miles service or ANA Mileage Club Family Account (AFA) service.
Ticket Service Charge
For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, the Ticket Service Charge will be charged per passenger per award for new tickets issued at the ANA Domestic Reservation and Information Center in areas outside of Japan.
The Ticket Service Charge does not apply for procedures processed via the ANA website or at the ANA Domestic Reservation and Information Center in Japan.

Upgrades to Premium Class (Updated May 20, 2025)
For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards will not be available for upgrades from Economy Class to Premium Class.

- For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.
2. ANA International Flight Awards and ANA Partner Airline Flight Awards (Updated April 8, 2025)
Please be advised that some changes will be made to the various conditions of ANA International Flight Awards and ANA Partner Airline Flight Awards.
Refunds via the ANA website
From April 15, 2025, unused flight award tickets can be refunded via the Reservation Details page on the ANA website prior to the departure of the first sector of your reservation.
Flight award tickets redeemed by combining miles of family members using the ANA Card Family Miles service or ANA Mileage Club Family Account service are also eligible for refunds via the ANA website.
- Star Alliance Round the World flight awards are not eligible for refunds made via the ANA website.
Introduction of One-Way Flight Awards
One-way flight awards will be available for tickets reserved or issued on or after June 24, 2025.

Revisions to Transfer Conditions for Round-Trip Flight Awards
For tickets reserved or issued on or after June 24, 2025, the transfer conditions for round-trip itineraries will be changed as follows.

Handling of Reservation Changes in Accordance with Revised Transfer Conditions
For the flight award tickets that include two or more transfers within Japan on the outbound or return journey and that have been reserved and issued by June 23, 2025, if passengers wish to change the boarding date on or after June 24, 2025, the boarding date of the tickets can be changed without changing itineraries.
However, please pay attention to the following as the procedures will vary depending on the details to be changed.

Termination of Star Alliance Round the World Flight Awards
From June 24, 2025, we will no longer be issuing new Star Alliance Round the World flight awards.
Any Star Alliance Round the World flight awards issued up to June 23, 2025 will continue to be valid until their ticket expiration date.

3. Upgrade Awards
Introduction of ANA Japan Domestic Upgrade Awards
For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, passengers can use miles to upgrade their ANA Japan domestic flight tickets from Economy Class to Premium Class.

Using ANA International Upgrade Awards for Segments within Japan
For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, passengers can use miles to upgrade their ANA international flight tickets from Economy Class to Premium Class for segments within Japan.
Details will be announced on the ANA website at a later date.
- Applications starts 27 days prior to the flight date.
- For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

For ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards and ANA Japan Domestic Upgrade Awards boarding on/after May 19, 2026, members who are flying using their own miles are able to make priority reservations.
Reservations for accompanying passengers using the Premium member's miles and boarding under the same reservation number will also be given priority.
ANA Japan Domestic Flight Award Waitlisting Conditions Revised

For boardings on/after May 19, 2026, waitlisting can be accepted for 1 flight on 1 one-way sector.
Waitlisting requests cannot be made for round-trip and connecting itineraries.
The waitlist holding limit will be changed as follows.

Revisions to Terms of ANA Upgrade Awards by Upgrade Points (Updated May 20, 2025)
For boardings on/after May 19 2026, some changes will be made to the conditions for using upgrade points.
For Japan domestic flights, upgrade can be requested 27 days prior to the flight departure date.
