- Notice Regarding Partial Malfunctions in the Pre-Order Service
Due to the website renewal implemented on April 15, 2025, some customers are experiencing problems using the Pre-Order Service.
We are currently working on the issue, which occurred when applying for the service via the ANA app, and now gradually restoring services.
Other issues and errors are being addressed as they become available.

Products made available ahead of releases in Japan, products sold in limited quantities and other rare items are also available.
Preorder Products for In-Flight Pickup
Our Pre-Order Service allows passengers who have reserved and purchased a flight ticket to order products on our website and pay for them on board their flight.
