Airport lounge eligible guests: Boarding class

Japan Domestic Flights: When boarding ANA Group operated flights
International Flights: When boarding ANA Group operated flights or Star Alliance member airlines operated flights
(Premium Economy passengers may enter the lounge only when boarding an ANA Group operated flight.)

  • *1.
    For Japan domestic flights, accompanying passenger must enter the lounge at the same time as the Premium Class passenger and may use the lounge when boarding on ANA Group operated flights.
    For flights departing on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

    For international flights, accompanying passenger must enter the lounge at the same time as the First Class passenger and may use the lounge when boarding on ANA operated flights or Star Alliance member airlines operated flights.
  • * The flight you are boarding must be confirmed in order to use the lounges.
  • * Lounges cannot be used when boarding code-share flights operated by other airlines that depart from terminals without an ANA lounge, or in airports other than those listed above (except International flights).
  • * Lounges are not available to passengers arriving on Japan Domestic Flights.
  • * At certain times of the day, lounges may not be available depending on the level of congestion.
  • * Airports with available lounges may change without prior notice.
  • * Lounge access is limited to departure dates. However, customers with departures up to 05:00 AM the next day can access lounges from the previous day.
  • * Customers may be denied lounge access if there is reason to believe they may compromise safety and comfort within the lounge.
  • * Children under two years of age will not be counted as accompanying passengers for the purposes of making use of either Japan domestic lounges or international lounges respectively.
