SPOT THE DIFFERENCE CONTEST

The All Nippon Airways "Spot The Difference Contest" ("Contest") is organized by All Nippon Airways (the "Organizer"). By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the rights to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

• 1. This Contest will commence from Friday 16th June 2023 (1500H) until Tuesday 21st June 2023 (2359H) Malaysia Local Time ("Contest Period").
• 2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period or terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice.

• 3. The participant must be a citizen or resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12 digits) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
• 4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
  • a. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organizer (and its related companies) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and
  • b. Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organizer and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

• 5. To enter the contest, participants must (i) 'Like' this post. (ii) Take a screenshot of the post and identify the 2 different spots. (iii) Subscribe to ANA newsletter at https://flyana.co/. (iv) Follow ANA Facebook page. (v) Post your answer in the comment section. Only one entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will be disqualified. People who edited comments/answers will be disqualified.

• 6. All entries must be submitted between from Friday 16th June 2023 (1500H) until Tuesday 21st June 2023 (2359H) Malaysia Local Time (both dates inclusive).
• 7. The winner will be determined by the Organizer in their sole discretion, and such determination shall be final and binding.
• 8. Prize to be won: 2 ANA Limited Edition Foldable Tote Bag for the lucky winner.

• 9. Entries that have been submitted before will not be considered.
• 10. Only one entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will be disqualified.
• 11. People who edited comments/answers will be disqualified.
• 12. Participants will be eliminated if the Facebook name does not match with the data they submitted during ANA Newsletter subscription at https://flyana.co/.
• 13. The Organizer will announce the winner of this Contest on Wednesday 21st June 2023 ("Announcement Date") by publishing their name on the All Nippon Airways Facebook page on the Announcement Date.
• 14. The winner must send an e-mail to the Organizer via kulss@ana.co.jp within 3 days of the Announcement Date to provide the following details with password protected file.
  • a. Full Name.
  • b. Mailing Address.
  • c. Phone contact for courier.
  • d. Screenshots of liking ANA Facebook page and confirmation email of subscribing to ANA Newsletter.
  • e. The prize will be posted to the winner no later than 4 weeks from the reply to the Notification. The prize will only be posted to addresses within Malaysia.
• 15. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
• 16. Winners who do not respond within 3 days of the Announcement Date, or who do not collect their prizes within 2 weeks from the reply to the Notification, will be disqualified and have their prizes forfeited. The Organizer will not entertain any correspondence with disqualified parties.
• 17. The prizes are not exchangeable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not replaceable if stolen or lost.
• 18. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Contest and to redeem/collect the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• 19. In the event of the Organizer is required to post/courier the prizes to a winner, the Organizer will not be held liable of non-receipt of the prizes or damages caused to the prizes during the delivery process. No replacement and/or exchange of prizes will be entertained.
• 20. The organizer reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of participants for this contest.

• 21. By participating in this Contest and/or accepting the prize, each participant and/or winner:
  • a) Consents (i) to the use of the materials in his/her contest entry, his/her name and/or photographs as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity without any compensation; and/or (ii) to the collection, use and disclosure to any third party service providers and/or partners by the Organizer, of any personal data provided by a participant to the Organizer in conjunction with the Contest, for such purposes as Organizer deemed necessary of the administration and management of the Contest;
  • b) Agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible and no claim relating to any losses or injuries shall be asserted against the Organizer for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Contest and acceptance or usage of any prize, including without limitation personal injuries, death or property damage; and
  • c) Warrants and represents that the content posted in comment section of the contest post will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of the third party.
  • d) This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
