Writing Pad / Communication Board
Writing pads and communication boards are available for your use at Japan domestic airport ANA counters.
Communication boards provide in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
Airport Wheelchair
Our wheelchairs are accessible directly to your seat. The large wheels are removable and the armrests foldable to accommodate the narrow aisles in cabin.

Plastic (non-metal) wheelchairs
The wheelchairs are made of plastic and therefore do not set off metal detectors.
The wheelchairs can also be used in the aisles on board aircraft once the large wheels have been removed.

Large Airport Wheelchair
This airport wheelchair accommodates larger passengers inside the airport. This type cannot enter the aircraft cabin.

Reclining Airport Wheelchair
This airport wheelchair is capable of extending to full horizontal position. It cannot enter the aircraft cabin and can only be extended to full horizontal position while stationary.
Available in the following airports: New Chitose, Narita, Haneda, Nagoya, Kansai, Itami, Matsuyama, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Okinawa

Cabin Full reclining wheelchair
Cabin Full reclining wheelchair can be used for assist those customers who have difficulties to keep the sitting position when getting on board or inside the aircraft.

Electric Cart
Customers having difficulties walking to the boarding gate, electric carts are available in the departure lobby at Haneda Terminal 2.
If you would like a cart, feel free to ask at the airport. Reservations are not acccepted in advance.

Boarding Ramp
This ramp is used to aid passengers in boarding.
Assisted Stretcher
In case that Passenger Boarding Lift or Wheelchair Stair Lift are not available or equipped, we will use this to handle wheelchair. You can stay seated as you climb up and down stairs and the staff take you to your seat.
Available at: Haneda, Narita, Itami, Fukuoka, Okinawa, Niigata, Aomori, Sendai, Kochi, Kumamoto, Oita, Kushiro, Wakkanai, Monbetsu, Hakodate, Akita, Memanbetsu, Goto Fukue, Nakashibetsu, Komatsu, Chubu Centrair, Kagoshima, Tsushima.

Passenger Boarding Lift
This Passenger Boarding Lift allows easy boarding for passengers with disabilities directly to the aircraft by wheelchair.
Available in the following airports: New Chitose, Narita, Haneda, Nagoya, Itami, Kansai, Fukuoka, Okinawa
Wheelchair Stair Lift
Wheelchairs can be lifted to the door of the aircraft via this Wheelchair Stair Lift designed for the B737.
Available in the following airports: New Chitose, Haneda, Itami, Fukuoka, Tsushima, Fukue, Okinawa, Ishigaki
Scalamobil
This is an option in cases where customers cannot use a Passenger Boarding Lift nor an Aairstair to board the aircraft.
The "scalamobil" helps customers get on board smoothly by moving up the stairs while being seated.
Seats with Moveable Armrests
On both Japan domestic and international coach class, some seats have moveable armrests. The location of such seats depends on the aircraft. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
Please let us know your seat preference because some of the seats armrest are not movable.
Cabin Wheelchair
Cabin wheelchairs are available for use on board. Please ask a cabin attendant when necessary.
You can not activate your wheelchair brake by yourself.
The right side and left side armrest is connected.

Wheelchair-accessible Lavatory
With exception to some aircraft, lavatories are designed to allow cabin wheelchair entry and are equipped with strategically placed wall handles for support.
Safety Instructions in Braille
Pamphlets on the emergency equipment and emergency procedures of the aircraft are available in Braille-in English and Japanese. Please ask the cabin attendant when necessary.
The cabin attendant will explaine about the seat equipments and inflight facilities including lavatory.

Please notify a cabin attendant if you require one.
Cabin Stretcher
These beds are attached to the top of the seats. The location of the stretcher will vary according to the aircraft. The seats are separated by curtains and due to safety reason, you may need to pull up the curtains during takeoff and landing. We appreciate for your understanding. Because the passenger will be strapped in for safety, the passenger will not be able to change positions or go to the lavatories. Medical equipment will be placed on the seats beneath the stretcher.

ANA Rental Oxygen Cylinder
Japan Domestic Flights
■Reservation: 48 hours prior to departure
■Cost: ¥3,000 per flight
■Capacity: 400 litters
Oxygen flow setting can be adjusted in the range of 0.25 -6.0 liters per minute.
International Flights
■Reservation: 96 hours prior to departure
■Cost: ¥10,000 per cylinder
■Capacity: 360 litters
Oxygen flow setting can be adjusted in the range of 0.25 -5.0 liters per minute.

Mask and cannula were included.
The number of Rental Oxygen Cylinders will be prepared according to the amount of oxygen required by passengers as stated by the physician on the MEDIF.
Assist Seat

Medicines and medical supplies are loaded on board in accordance with the Enforcement Regulations of the Civil Aeronautics Law.

Resuscitation Kit (First-aid Tools)
CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) kits that include medical instruments needed for removing foreign objects away from the airways are loaded on all international flights.

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) (First-aid Tools)
To further strengthen our emergency response system on board, all aircraft are equipped with AED—a medical device that can send an electric shock to the heart and eliminate ventricular fibrillation caused by myocardial infarction and other symptoms.
The AEDs currently loaded on board are equipped with a function that can monitor the heart rhythms. The bright color liquid crystal display screen on the AED displays the electrocardiogram waveforms, enabling accurate analysis of the symptoms of the passengers.

Support Belt
Support Belt is a supplementary belt designed to hold upper body. (belt size: width:12cm, length:150cm) ANA provides Support Belt for passenger who have difficulties in keeping an upright sitting position due to disability reasons with no charge. If you require Support Belt, please contact ANA Disability Desk in advance. There are two types of Support Belts; with shoulder belt (Upper image)and without shoulder belt (Bottom image).
