Airport lounge eligible guests: Membership status

Eligible Customers

Premium Members, Super Flyers Members, ANA Million Miler Program "Lounge Access Card" holders, Star Alliance Gold status members

Japan Domestic Flights: When boarding ANA Group operated flights or ANA code-share flight* with an ANA Flight Number

  • * Flights operated by AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines.

International Flights: When boarding ANA Group operated flights or Star Alliance member airlines operated flights*

  • * ANA Million Miler Program "Lounge Access Card" holders can use the lounge with ANA Group operated flights.
  • * Customers must present their boarding pass along with their digital card or status card upon entering a lounge.
  • * The flight you are boarding must be confirmed in order to use the lounges.
  • * Eligibility varies depending on boarding class and member status. See Lounges for details.
  • * Lounge access is not available when boarding codeshare flights departing from terminals without an ANA Lounge, or using airports besides those mentioned above. Please note this does not apply to international flights.
  • * For customers with two or more membership statuses, such as Diamond, Platinum or Bronze Service Members who are also Super Flyers Members, the higher number of accompanying passengers (travelling guests) will apply. (Guest numbers for membership statuses will not be added together.)
  • * Children under two years of age will not be counted as accompanying passengers for the purposes of making use of either Japan domestic lounges or international lounges respectively.
  • * Lounges are not available upon arrival for Japan domestic flights.
  • * Customers may be asked to use another lounge if the lounge is full.
  • * Airports where lounge usage is available are subject to change without notice.
  • * Various conditions apply by airline in regard to eligible flights, etc. For further details, please check with the applicable operating airline.
  • * Lounge access is limited to departure dates. However, customers with departures up to 05:00 AM the next day can access lounges from the previous day.
  • * Customers may be denied lounge access if there is reason to believe they may compromise safety and comfort within the lounge.
