The Organizers reserve the right to extend the Program Period or terminate the Program at their discretion.

Any changes will be communicated to customers through official channels, and their decision will be final and binding.(in the event of force majeure, the program must be stopped or delayed.)

To be eligible to participate in the Program, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

• 1) Be a citizen or resident of Thailand with a national identity card (13 digits) or a valid passport and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• 2) Not be an employee, officer, director, shareholder, agent, representative, or affiliate of the Organizers or their advertising or contest management agencies (if any)
• 3) Not be a member of the immediate family of any of the foregoing persons, including parents, spouses, children, siblings, and in-laws.

1. The award ticket can only be used for a round-trip flight departing from Bangkok to Japan, and does not apply to flights departing from Japan.
2. The winners who are domiciled in Bangkok and other provinces must bring proof of ID card with name exactly as filled in the form as evidence when claiming the award at the company All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. within 30 days.
3. The applicable cabin class: Economy Class.
4. The award ticket is valid for travel on flights NH operated flight only
5. Travel period: From 1 September 2025 - 28 February 2026. and the departure date of the next segment after the first segment (return date) is valid no later than 3 months (The return flight must be within 3 months of the first departure flight.). The return ticket is valid within 3 months from the departure date.
6. The ticket cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be changed, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. The award ticket cannot be used for codeshare flights operated by other airlines with the ANA flight number, as well as codeshare flights operated by partner airlines with the ANA flight number.
8. The number of seats available for award tickets is limited. (This award ticket booking service may not be available for some flights.) It is possible that an award ticket cannot be used even if there are regular seats on the flight. Based on the flight's seat availability, some waitlisted bookings may not be accepted.
9. It is possible that you will not earn miles when using an award ticket.
10. It is not possible to use an award ticket and an upgrade award at the same time.
11. Award tickets do not include taxes and fees. The winner must fully settle taxes and fees, which may vary and are calculated based on the itinerary, service class, exchange rates, etc.
12. The ticket is only valid for the flight date indicated on the ticket when the winner requests ticket issuance. Changing the date/route or name is not permitted.
13. Reservations must be made at least two [2] weeks prior to the departure date from Bangkok to Japan.
14. Award ticket must be used by 28 February 2026 or they will be forfeited. The expiration date will not be extended under any circumstances. Winners will receive a reminder to redeem their prize within 30 days of the winner announcement.
15. Changes are not allowed after the confirmed reservation has been made.
16. All passports and visas must comply with the Japanese immigration regulations. The winner is responsible for obtaining the necessary visa for the trip.

ANA awards ticket redemption

ANA will contact the winners via email [bkksales@ana.co.jp], and the winners must reply to confirm their prize and provide the following information:

• Attach a copy of the ID card and Passport of the winner with signature
• Attach a copy of the ID card and Passport of the accompanying person with signature
  • * Please confirm your prize by email within 30 days. If you do not confirm within 30 days, it will be considered a waiver of your rights.

1. The prize is for a round-trip ticket from Bangkok to Tokyo. (Haneda and Narita)
2. ANA will deliver the ANA Ticket Request Form to the winner.
3. The winner must return the ANA Ticket Request Form to book a travel date and issue a ticket with ANA within the specified date.
4. ANA will process the reservation based on the information provided in the ANA Ticket Request Form and will notify the winner of the reservation status. All reservations are subject to seat availability.
5. The winner must pick up the ticket at the ANA Bangkok Office at 2nd Fl. C.P.Tower, Silom Rd., Bangkok. and pay the withholding tax of 5% from the prize value and all airport taxes and fees by paying in cash on the day of picking up the ticket.
