Kobe Fruit Flower Park Ozo, a roadside station with lodging for all-day fun
Located in the northern part of Kobe City in Hyogo Prefecture, the roadside station surrounded by abundant nature is one of the largest in the Kansai region. With the theme of flowers and fruits, there are many fun features including an amusement park, hotel, hot spring, go-carts and barbecue facility, great for families and pet owners. At the main facility FARM CIRCUS, you can enjoy shopping for local produce and dining.
FARM CIRCUS
As you enter the gate, three white triangular roofs come into view. This is the Farm Circus Market, offering varieties of fresh local vegetables and premium grocery products. For a break, head to the food court where there are cafes, restaurants and a bakery, and you can also enjoy drinks made with local ingredients. At the Farm Circus Shokudo restaurant, the healthy set menu "Seasonal Farmer's Meal" made with plenty of seasonal ingredients is popular. Days Kitchen is an Italian restaurant featuring local produce and hot kiln-baked pizza, where you can enjoy leisurely dining with table service.
Kobe Ozo Onsen "Kinsenka no Yu"
The hot spring facility is located in the hotel of the roadside station. It is available not just for overnight guests but also for day trip bathing. Ozo Onsen's characteristic dark-brown waters are rich in iron and minerals, and are effective in recovering from fatigue and healing cuts and poor circulation. Indulge in nine kinds of baths such as the air bubble bath, waterfall shower and sauna. Rental towels are available (fees apply), so you can casually drop by.
Fairyland Amusement Park
The retro amusement park with a nostalgic atmosphere has often served as a location for filming movies. Admission is free and the attractions are available by a ticket system. There are many fun rides and attractions that kids will love. On weekends, nostalgic game booths also open up such as superball scooping.
