Save valuable time with ANA Baggage Drop, the first self-service baggage drop machine of its kind in Japan!
Follow these simple procedures to check in your baggage without having to wait in line at the counter.
Place your baggage inside the ANA Baggage Drop machine.
Scan your boarding pass on the reader below the screen.
Take the baggage tag that is printed out.
Turn over the baggage tag, loop it through the handle of your bag, and press the ends together.
Stick parts [1] and [2] of the tag together (indicated on reverse).
The door will close automatically. Remember to take the printed claim tag and keep it safe until arriving at your destination.
This service is also available for customers connecting to an ANA Japan domestic flight (including codeshare flights). Customers who have an international flight ticket and will be connecting to an international flight cannot use this service, and should therefore check in their baggage at a baggage counter.
Customers whose baggage exceeds the free allowance should check in their baggage at a baggage counter.
Baggage within the Free Baggage Allowance of the boarding class plus up to 1 piece can be checked in free of charge.
Dangerous goods, items such as those listed below, fragile items, and items of non-standard shape cannot be checked in using ANA Baggage Drop.
Please note that ANA Baggage Drop is not available when using the Kaisoku Takku-bin home delivery service.
