Miss pickup baggage
Customers must collect their own checked baggage after arrival and then pass through customs.
If you leave the airport without picking up your baggage or with someone else’s baggage by mistake, please contact the arrival airport immediately.
Return of Baggage
The baggage will be delivered to the designated address.
Note, however, that customers will be responsible for any shipping fees.
Left Behind Items
Any left-behind items found in the cabin will be stored at the arrival airport for a certain period of time. If your item is found, we will deliver it to your designated location.
Please note that the customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
Items found in the airport facility other than inside the cabin may be kept by the airport authority.
Please inquire about your lost item based on the area where you may have left it.
