Transfer and refunds due to aircraft maintenance [Japan Domestic Flights]

Changes and Refunds

  • Flights that are delayed or canceled due to involuntary reasons such as aircraft maintenance can be changed or refunded.
  • It is not possible to change reservations on the ANA website less than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
    Please complete the procedures within the timescale(s) given below after a flight delay or cancellation has been decided.
    Changes: Once the flight cancellation/delay is confirmed, transfer procedures must be completed 20 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.
    Refunds: Within 1 year and 30 days since the travel start date or if not yet started, the issuing date
  • * Your Reservation Number / e-Ticket Number will be required.
