We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused due to delayed or canceled flights which are the responsibility of ANA.
You may change to a flight operated by any airline that has an Interline Traffic Agreement with ANA using the existing ticket. Charges or fare differences will not be collected or refunded.
Only changes due to reasons such as aircraft maintenance that occur on the day of departure of the reserved flight or the day before will be permitted.
You may change to a new flight departing within 7 days before/after your original reserved flight.
For passengers who wish to change to flights operated by other carriers, please contact the place of purchase, Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S., or an ANA airport counter.
For changes due to aircraft maintenance or other reasons that occur on the day before or on the departure date of the reserved flight, if transportation or accommodation expenses are incurred due to situations such as the new flight departing the day after the departure date of the original reserved flight, any expenses paid by the passenger will be reimbursed within the scope determined by ANA.
