Announcement of a New ANA Booking Website for the Australian Market
All Nippon Airways (ANA) is pleased to announce the launch of its new booking website (https://booking.ana.co.jp) for the Australian market.
This website aims to enhance the customer experience while testing specific technologies and services. Please note that not all features will be the same as those
on the ANA Sky Web (https://www.ana.co.jp/en/au/). Only a limited set of functions will be accessible, as this website will operate as an experimental website.

1. Reservation :
Reservations are available for routes to Japan, excluding those departing from the United States as well as routes solely within Japan.
2. Payment Method :
Payments can only be made by credit card.
This website operates as an experimental website, and as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance it, we will introduce new features and improvements.

Terms and conditions
- To protect your personal information from a third party, when using a computer that others may have access to, we recommend that you log out after your session.
- Please manage your ANA Number and password with care. It is recommended to change your password frequently. To do so, select Manage Profile from My Menu, then select Change Password and complete the procedures.
- When using members only functions such as booking a flight, you will be required to re-enter your customer number and password if your session has elapsed approximately 60 minutes since login.
- The customer number and password provided through the Members Only Top Page will be transmitted through SSL.
- If the cookie is disabled, you cannot login.

- However, you will need to re-enter your password as a form of verification when making reservations, requesting awards, registering/revising personal information, and using other members-only functions.
