Relax at Airport Lounges

Passengers on ANA-operated international flights are invited to spend time in ANA lounges and/or our partner airline lounges.

  • Lounge usage may vary, depending on the airport's entry criteria. Please refer to applicable airport lounge pages.
  • Lounge access is not available to passengers on codeshare flights operated by other airlines.
  • Regarding use when connecting, please see Lounge Access for Connections for details.

Eligibility varies by both boarding class and member status—please check the relevant airport lounge page for details.

ANA Lounges

ANA operates lounges in four airports throughout Japan and Hawaii: Narita, Haneda, Kansai and Honolulu.

The ANA Lounge offers a wide variety of meals and drinks. Please enjoy and spend a comfortable time before boarding in a spacious space.


  • ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE (for International Flights) at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 will be reopened on July 19, 2023.
    • * ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE is currently closed.
  • As of March 30, 2024, the ANA LOUNGE, which has been temporarily operating near Gate 114 in the satellite area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3, will be closed.
  • We provide digital contents such as newspapers and magazines by the ANA app.
    You can enjoy reading them on your own digital devices such as your smartphone or PC.

ANA-Affiliated Lounges

There are a multitude of airport lounges across the world that caters to passengers on ANA-operated and/or Star Alliance-operated flights. Please see below for a complete list of participating airports.

Lounge Rules

To ensure safety and comfort in lounges operated by ANA and/or ANA-affiliated companies, we appreciate your adherence to the following rules.

  • Do not engage in acts that interfere with others' safety and comfort in the lounge.
  • Although alcoholic beverages are served in the lounge, drinking alcohol under the age of 20 and drink-driving are prohibited by law.
  • Do not engage in activities that destroy or damage lounge facilities and/or equipment.
  • Using facilities or equipment in any way other than their intended use is not allowed.
  • No smoking outside of designated areas (including electronic cigarettes), making voice calls, or using electronic devices that emit sounds.
  • Taking pictures of other customers or staff without permission is not allowed.
  • Obey the instructions of lounge staff and refrain from interfering with their duties (including keeping lounge staff occupied for an extended period of time).
  • No outside food or drinks is allowed.
  • Do not take equipment provided in the lounge outside of the lounge.
  • Do not monopolize equipment, facilities or services in the lounge for an extended period of time.
  • No business or commercial activities (e.g., advertising, soliciting, sales, etc.) can be conducted without permission.
  • Assistance dogs, including guide dogs, hearing dogs, mobility assistance dogs and other service dogs are allowed. All other pets are prohibited.

If you do not follow the rules above, we may restrict lounge usage as well as boarding and cancel your ANA Mileage Club membership in accordance with our Conditions of Carriage and the ANA Mileage Club Terms and Conditions.


  • Please look after your personal belongings and valuables. ANA will not accept liability for any theft or loss unless it occurs due to willful intent or gross negligence on the part of ANA.

Based on the ANA Privacy Policy, we will not accept requests to provide information about other customers without their consent.
