Economy Class from check-in to boarding and arrival [Japan Domestic Flights]

  • * For flights departing on or after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights have been changed from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.

Passengers flying economy are accommodated with ground service.

STEP1: Airport Procedure

Customers who have reserved, purchased, and designated their seats may use the Online Check-in to skip the check-in process at the airport.

STEP2: Checking in baggage

Your free baggage allowance will differ depending on the fare. Please check the free baggage allowance stated on your e-ticket itinerary receipt.

STEP3: Security Checkpoint

Please use the general security checkpoint. Please ensure you pass through the security checkpoint with plenty of time to spare.

STEP4: Boarding

Boarding will proceed after the elderly, passengers traveling with small children, expectant mothers, those who require help, and passengers flying premium class have boarded.

STEP5: On board

Carefully selected meals and beverages are provided on board.

STEP6: Baggage Claim, Disembarking

Pick up your luggage after passengers flying premium class and customers with strollers*.
