What Is Two-Step Authentication?

Two-step authentication is a mechanism in which customers enter a one-time password in addition to their ANA Mileage Club membership number and web password in order to authenticate their identity. Customers authenticate their identity in this way for the purpose of preventing other people from accessing their personal information and using certain services.

What Is A One-Time Password?

A one-time password will be required in order to use certain services.
This one-time password will be sent to the email address you have registered for the receipt of Important Notices from ANA.
Please select the pictograms and numbers in the email you have received on the one-time password entry screen.
If several emails with a one-time password have been sent, use the pictograms and numbers in the most recent email.
If pictograms are not shown, use the characters indicated beneath the pictograms.

  • One-time passwords expire after a certain period of time. If used once, the same one-time password cannot be used again.

When You Are Not Receiving a One-Time Password

Emails with one-time passwords will be sent from anainfo@121.ana.co.jp to the email address you have specified to receive Important Notices from ANA.
