A Certificate for Boarding can be issued after boarding.
Issue Eligibility and Period
Issue eligibility
Certificate for boarding for flights purchased at the following locations can be issued.
- ANA app
- ANA Website
- Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S. / ANA Mileage Club Service Center
- ANA Airport Counter
- Travel agency
Issue period
The certificate can be issued after boarding for a 12 month period starting from the boarding date (limited to those purchased as e-tickets).
Notes
- Certificate for boarding can be issued for each passenger and each flight (only for passengers themselves).Boarding certificates cannot be issued collectively for multiple passengers and flights.
- Boarding certificates cannot be issued in certain cases including when passengers travel in a group.
- For boarding confirmation after the above limit for issue or for boarding confirmation for unspecified "boarding dates" or "flights," see Inquiries and submission of request for disclosures.

In the following cases, it will not be possible to issue a boarding certificate for the relevant sector on the ANA app, ANA website. If you would like to request a boarding certificate in this instance, please complete and submit the boarding certificate application form or call the Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S..
- Certificates for Boarding can only be posted to domestic Japanese addresses. You will receive the certificate in around 1 week to 10 days.
- The flight's arrival location was changed due to bad weather or similar.
- The relevant passenger was an infant who was under 2 years old and accompanied by an adult.
- The reservation contained more than 4 sectors.
- It also may not be possible to issue boarding certificates on the ANA app and ANA website in some cases. In this instance, please contact the Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S..
- Flight certificates are available after arrival, though it may take some time for the data to be reflected in our system. If your certificate does not appear, please wait a while and try again.
How to Utilize
After selecting 'Flight Status' from the top page of the ANA website, please proceed to 'Issuing Certificate for Boarding (for flights departing on or after {yyyy-mm-dd-2})'
ANA Mileage Club Members
To login, please enter your ANA Mileage Club membership number and password on the ANA website top page.
- * If you do not specify the day, you will be able to view information for the whole of the month selected.
- * Certificate for boarding issued from ANA app, ANA Website may be used in the same way as those issued at Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S. or at the airport.
Non-ANA Mileage Club Members
The boarding date, flight number, reservation number and passenger name are requied to issue certificate for boarding. Please have this ready.
- * Certificate for boarding issued from ANA app, ANA Website may be used in the same way as those issued at Reservation and Customer Service Center in Japan or the U.S. or at the airport.
