  • Regarding temporary suspension of sales of sweet potato shochu "MURAO":
    Regarding the sweet potato shochu "Murao", which is currently available for purchase through our Pre-Order Service, is expected to reach its planned sales volume due to its popularity. Therefore, sales will be temporarily suspended after boarding on December 31, 2024.
    We will inform you as soon as the date of resumption of sales has been decided.
  • Notice about "BOISSIER TEDDY BEAR GUMMY": Due to out of stock, In-Flight Shopping and Pre-Order Service reservations are currently temporarily suspended, and sales are expected to resume after November.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will inform you as soon as the date of resumption of sales has been decided.
  • For passengers on flights to/ from Kansai: Some products cannot be ordered in-flight. Please check P. 8–11 of the ANA SKY SHOP Digital Catalog for further details.
  • Beginning May 1, all tobacco products are being sold only through the Pre-Order Service. For details, please see the Pre-Order Service website.
  • Due to the revision of the Canadian Single-use Plastics Prohibition Regulations, the items provided will be changed as follows as of December 1, 2023.
    • Duty-free shopping bag: Changed from "biomass plastic bag" to "paper bag"
    • Wrapping bags: The inclusion of this item will be temporarily suspended
    • Applicable flights: Haneda-Vancouver Route (Flight NH116/115)
