  • ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE (for International Flights) at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 will be reopened on July 19, 2023.
    • * ANA ARRIVAL LOUNGE is currently closed.
  • As of March 30, 2024, the ANA LOUNGE, which has been temporarily operating near Gate 114 in the satellite area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3, will be closed.

Visit this dining area for a relaxing meal. Use our new SUITE DINING service which provides a different tray-based meal depending on the time of day. Alternatively, take your pick from the excellent selection of food options available at the buffet counter and noodle bar. Guests can also take advantage of a wide variety of drinks.

In the lounge in Terminal 2, you can quench your thirst with a drink from one of our bartenders in the bar counter.

  • Customers under the age of 2 on ANA Group operated flight are welcome for free.
  • Accompanying guests are kindly requested to enter the lounge with the eligible customer.
  • Drinking alcohol under the age of 20 and drink-driving are prohibited by law.
  • All customers are required to present their boarding pass and mileage card at the reception. Please make sure that you have these items ready to present to the staff before entering the lounge.

TIAT (Tokyo international Airport) shower rooms

Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and a hairdryer are available in each room.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE vouchers allow you to use ANA designated lounges in Japan, such as ANA SUITE LOUNGE and ANA LOUNGE. Please hand your voucher to the ANA SUITE LOUNGE representative upon entering the lounge. One voucher allows access for one person. Other than Premium members, all members who hold an ANA SUITE LOUNGE voucher may use it. Diamond Members can select getting 6 Lounge Access vouchers.

Paid Lounge Access

You can use eligible lounges at discounted rates by paying for lounge access in advance through the ANA website. Paid lounge access is available at Haneda and Narita airports in Japan and the Honolulu airport in the U.S.

Information

  • The international lounge at Haneda Airport Terminal 2 has been reopened on July 19, 2023.
    If you are using paid lounge access at Haneda Airport, please check the terminal of your departure flight in advance.
  • Advance applications for flights departing from Haneda Airport Terminal 3 between 08:00 and 12:59 are currently suspended.

    Passengers who made an application for paid lounge access on or before November 8, 2022 can still access the lounge on the relevant date even if it is November 9 or thereafter.
    Passengers who wish to change their flight to a date on or after November 9 will not be able to make another application for the 08:00-12:59 timeframe, and will therefore receive a refund for their paid lounge access EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document).

Please apply from the Reservation Completed screen after purchasing your ticket on the ANA website.
Customers who already have a reservation should apply from the Reservation Details screen.

  • You cannot apply if you are not eligible for Paid Lounge Access, the time at which you wish to apply falls outside the application period, or the maximum number of applications have already been received.
Please apply at the check-in counter, the ticketing counter, or at the lounges at Narita or Haneda Airport.
  • *1.
    Charges have been revised for purchases made since December 1, 2023. Paid lounge access purchased before November 30, 2023 can be used with the original purchased price for the flight even after December 1. In case of reservation changes, new price may be applied. Please see "Changes" for details.

Changes

Changes can be made through the ANA website up to 24 hours prior to departure of the relevant international flight. Changes cannot be made at the airport counter.

  • If you change your class, date or flight, your existing paid lounge access request will be canceled.

When requesting paid lounge access for your new flight:

After you have purchased your new paid lounge access, you will receive a refund for the EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document)for the paid lounge access that you purchased for your original flight.

  • We will notify you by email when your refund has been successfully processed.
    • This may take one to two days.
  • * New price will be applied for changes after December 1, 2023.

If you choose not to request a paid lounge access for your new flight:

  • If the EMD you have already purchased is within its term of validity and the terms and conditions are satisfied, it can be used to make a paid lounge access request for a different flight.
  • If you wish to use EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) for a future flight, please contact an ANA customer service center no later than 24 hours prior to the departure of the relevant flight.
  • Refunds are not available after purchase.

Terms and Conditions

  • There is a limit to the number of seats available in airport lounges.
  • Lounges can only be used after the airport counter check-in has opened for your outbound flight and you have passed through security.
  • For check-in counter opening times, please go here.
  • Please retain the passenger receipt you received upon booking the service until you actually use the lounge.
  • You may be designated a lounge to use during busy periods.
  • You may not be able to use a lounge if it is already full. Please speak to an ANA staff member at the airport for more details.
