About the Service
Fares that go on sale on the designated sales date for each seasonal flight schedule will be available for reservation before general sale for flights operated by the ANA Group (ANA and ANA Wings) and codeshare flights reserved and boarded under an ANA flight number (flights operated by AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air and STARFLYER.)

- Visit a domestic airport counter in Japan.

About the Service
Customers with Premium Member status can select and reserve prior from the range of seats available in Economy Class on ANA Group-operated Japan domestic flights. Primary members and accompanying passengers with the same reservation number are able to make priority reservations for desired seats.
Diamond Service members and their traveling guests may select from any of the available seats, regardless of fare type.
How to Use This Service
To make a reservation:
- Go to the ANA Mileage Club Member Information Page
- Contact the Premium Member Service Desk by phone.
- Visit a domestic airport counter in Japan.
Reservation Acceptance Period
Your ticket must be purchased within two days of boarding date to qualify for priority seat assignment.
Even if your seat request is not available at the time of the reservation, additional seating will become available for selection at midnight two days prior to the departure date. However, if the flight is full or nearly full, additional seating options may not be available.
- Your requested seats may not be available in some cases.
- When boarding, seats may be restricted to ensure seating is available for passengers with special needs and/or to manage the balance of the aircraft.
Important Notices
- Priority seat assignment service is not available in Premium Economy.
- Reservations are available through the relevant Premium Member Service Desk at the following times: 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m. (JST)
- Not available on codeshare flights operated by partner airlines.
- Inclusive Group Tour Fare, "Youth Special" fare (flights boarding until {yyyy-mm-dd-1}), "Youth" fare (flights boarding on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}), "Senior Special" fare (flights boarding until {yyyy-mm-dd-1}) and "Senior" fare (flights boarding on/after {yyyy-mm-dd-2}) are not eligible for the service.
- Please note that assigned seats may change due to aircraft changes or other reasons beyond ANA's control.
Exemption from Advance Seat Reservation Charges for ANA International Flights

About the Service
Primary members and accompanying passengers on the same reservation or have been registered the companion information in advance will be exempt from Advance Seat Reservation charges when traveling in Economy Class on ANA Group-operated international flights.
To ensure a pleasant journey, select your preferred seat, such as one with easy access to the aisle, extra legroom, or next to your accompanying passengers.

Take advantage of this service to save time, or if there is a sudden change to your itinerary, or a last-minute business trip.
Japan Domestic Flights
- When boarding ANA Group operated flights and code-share flight operated by AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air, StarFlyer, Japan Air Commuter and Amakusa Airlines with an ANA Flight Number.
- Please apply using the AMC Member's Information Page on the ANA Website or at the Premium Member Service Desk. Prioritized wait-list is also available for any guests with the same reservation.
International Flights

About This Service
The waitlist reservation service is exclusively available to Diamond Service Members and registered Award Users using the Diamond Member's miles. With this service, eligible members can make waitlist reservations for Japan domestic flight awards for ANA Group-operated flights and codeshare flights reserved and boarded under an ANA flight number (including flights operated by AIRDO, IBEX Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge, Solaseed Air and STARFLYER) via the Diamond Service Desk
- (For flights boarding until {yyyy-mm-dd-1})
Waitlist requests for Okinawa remote island routes (four sectors) can only be accepted if seats can be arranged on all four sectors at the timing of the application. - (For flights boarding on or after {yyyy-mm-dd-2})
Waitlist requests are only available for one-way single-segment reservations. If you wish to be waitlisted for round-trip or connecting flights, please make your waitlist request for each segment separately. - There are a limited number of seats available for award tickets, thus some may not be available on some flights.

About This Service
ANA International Flight Award and ANA International Upgrade Award reservations and waitlist reservations for flights operated by the ANA Group (ANA and Air Japan) and reservations for ANA Japan Domestic Flight Awards and ANA Japan Domestic Upgrade Awards will be given priority if the Premium Member is using their own miles to board the flight. Reservations and waitlist reservations for accompanying passengers using the Premium Member's miles and boarding under the same reservation number will also be given priority.

About This Service
When reservation changes are made through the Diamond Service Desk, the following charges will be waived for the primary member and guests.
Primary Member:
- Japan Domestic and International flight tickets: Ticketing Service Charge and Exchange/Reissue Service Charge
- ANA flight awards: Ticketing Service Charge
Traveling Guests:
- Service charges for issuing new tickets will be waived for guests when booked on the same reservation as the Diamond Service Member for award flights only.
- This service may be used by registered Award Users.
Important Notices
- Flight Awards cannot be used during blackout periods.
- There are a limited number of seats available for award tickets, thus some may not be available on some flights.
- There is a possibility of additional fees other than "service charges for issuing new tickets or for changing/reissuing tickets" depending on the fare rules of the purchased ticket.
