Headquartered in Hong Kong SAR, the Shangri-La Group opened it very first hotel, Shangri-La Singapore, back in April 1971.
Today, the Group owns, operates and manages over 100 hotels under the following four brands across more than 75 countries: Shangri-La, Kerry, JEN, and Traders. After the stay, approximately 1-2 months will be required for the miles to be credited to the mileage balance.

Mileage Accrual Method

Customers can choose to accrue miles or Shangri-La Circle points when staying at room rates eligible for mileage accrual at Shangri-La, Kerry, JEN, or Traders-branded hotels.
