ANA will pay the fare difference when reservations are changed to other forms of scheduled public transportation (bullet train/bus tickets, etc.).
Please make a request for reimbursement at a later date. Payment will be deposited in the bank account specified by the customer.
Please reserve and purchase tickets for public transport by yourself.
Retain any receipts as these will be needed to calculate and reimburse fare differences.
ANA will reimburse the difference if alternative transportation is more expensive than the fare amount for your flight ticket.

ANA will fully bear the cost of the fare for public transportation. Please do not apply for a standard flight ticket refund and make sure you are reimbursed within 30 days following the departure date of your booked flight. Remittance will be made to your designated account. |
If you incur transportation costs or accommodation costs due to situations such as your new flight departing the day following your planned departure or thereafter, you will be reimbursed for expenses you have paid upfront within the scope determined by ANA.
