This page provides information on how to apply for assistance when making a reservation online.

On the ANA website, you can register your condition on the passenger information entry screen when making a reservation or after making a reservation.

What you can register

  • Difficulty walking (degree of walking, wheelchair or not, etc.)
  • Customer with vision impairments
  • Hard of hearing
  • Pregnant women who will be boarding within 28 days including the expected delivery date.*1
  • *1 Pregnant passengers can register only after reservation.
