Job Title Department Responsibilities Position Requirements
Agent S1, Reservations (Ref: RR) Reservations The successful candidate is responsible to handle incoming calls and complaints in a professional manner, providing information, regarding flights, fares, mileage scheme and other travel products, assisting customers to make reservations. Coordinate with other sections for flight irregularities. Handle all round office duties including administrative work and daily operational reports assigned by superior.
Report to Manager, Reservations
  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year working experience in customer serving or air industry is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Japanese speaking will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office, PowerPoint) especially with strong knowledge in using Excel.
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Good customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Strong sense of responsibility and give guidance to his peers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Endeavor to take on challenge
  • Working at Tsim Sha Tsui City Office is required
  • 5 Day-work per week (Monday to Friday)

Agent S1 / Officer S2, Cargo Services Department (Ref: FF) Cargo Services

The successful candidate is responsible to deal with matters connected with airfreight, such as airway bills, consignment notes. Supervise handling agents at apron to perform loading, unloading and distributions of load on the plane. And to perform administrative work assigned by superior.

Report to Manager, Cargo Services

  • HKDSE / Form 7 / Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in air cargo industry is preferable
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office applications)
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player with positive and flexible working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Endeavor to take on challenge
  • Holding valid driving license (Classes 1 & 2) is mandatory
  • Working at Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal on shift duties (including overnight shift duty and public holidays) are required.
  • Outdoor working in airport apron and restricted areas are required.

Remuneration package includes reduced fare travel, overseas training, medical and other fringe benefits. Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate is responsible for provides services to ANA customers at HKIA; monitor ground handling agents performance to ensure services level meets ANA standards. And to perform administrative work assigned by superior.  To internal, provide support to superiors on daily operation activities; engage and complete the project and presentation as well as when being assigned.

Report to Manager, Passenger Services

  • HKDSE / Form 7 / Diploma or Above
  • 2-3 years' equivalent job experience in airlines/travel industry is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in Japanese speaking will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office applications)
  • Able to work independently as well as good team player with positive and flexible working attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Endeavor to take on challenge
  • Working at HK International Airport on shift duties and public holidays. In case of operational needs, overnight shift duty may be required.
  • Outdoor working in airport apron and restricted areas are required.

  • Other sales and marketing related activities or duties as required
  • Diploma or above
  • Some experience in air cargo industry is a benefit but not essential
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Computer knowledge (MS Word & Excel, Chinese Word processing) is essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Good organization skills and ability to act on own initiative
  • Working at Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal
