Our Business Class passengers will receive world-class treatment when flying with ANA. That means elevated service from the moment you arrive at the departure airport, continuing with luxurious and attentive in-flight services, then sending you on your way after arrival.
We strive to make all the steps, from check-in to the boarding gate, as easy and comfortable as possible for our Business Class passengers, including priority check in at some airports. Just look for the Business Class sign.

Business Class Priority Baggage
Business Class passengers who wish to check bags should proceed to the baggage drop counter, where a Priority baggage tag will be attached. These bags will arrive at Baggage Claim after any First Class priority bags. Get More Baggage Information.

Business Class and First Class passengers receive priority boarding after those who need special assistance.
Disembarking
Business Class passengers are welcome to disembark first from the aircraft. If you have checked bags, proceed to Baggage Claim, where your prioritized bags should arrive promptly.

Business Class passengers on ANA-operated international flights are invited to spend time in ANA lounges and ANA-affiliated lounges. Eligibility for lounge access and service details vary by airport.

A collaboration menu with the renowned "Nogizaka-Shin", that is located on a road near Nogi Shrine. The appetizers are a lineup of delicately-finished delights such as a dashi-infused Japanese omelette with fresh seaweed, octopus cooked with azuki beans, and soft and fresh karasumi with taro, all of which you see the effort and detail which Shin is known for. The main dish is a combination of stewed pork and yellowtail cooked with daikon radish. Combining the classics of winter, this menu has a refreshing and elegant taste that you will never tire of.

Champagne Duval-Leroy Brut Réserve

A family owned Champagne house since 1859, Duval Leroy is well implanted in the heart of the region, especially in Côte des Blancs. The Brut Reserve is a vinous Champagne, with dry fruit, sweet apple and pastry flavors. On the palate, the attack is broad, then the bubbles are very fine and the mousse is creamy and fresh. The persistent and salty finish is lifted with notes of sweet spices, biscuit and white bread. Grapes: Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay.

This old, historical Château, already a witness to the battle of Castillon in 1453, isproducing wines from its 28 hectares limestone and clay based vineyard. Nanbu Bijin Daiginjo
Nanbu Bijin, Iwate
This brewery was founded in 1902 in the southern region of Iwate prefecture, which is blessed with a wonderful climate and abundant water. They longed to "make beautiful sake" and thus named the brewery "Nanbu Bijin (Southern Beauty)." Made from specially cultivated "Ginotome" rice from Ninohe City, Iwate, the rice grains used in this special sake have been polished down to half their size. It is a gorgeously moist sake with an apple-like aroma, a well-balanced and refreshing Daiginjo that retains its sweetness and umami. Rice: Special Ginotome (Iwate) / Alcohol Percentage 16%

Kamoshibito Kuheiji Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki EAU DU DESIR
Banjo Sake Brewery, Aichi
Founded in 1646, the Kamoshibito Kuheiji brand derived from Kuheiji name which has been passed down from generation to generation. In addition to fruits such as white peach and pear, you will also get a hint of a white flower-like scent and spices such as cumin. As soon as you take a sip, the taste will take an about turn bringing forth the sweetness of an Andes melon and leaving a pleasant bitterness of citrus peel. This sake enhances the sourness and bitterness of well-flavored dishes. Rice: Yamadanishiki (Kurodasho, Hyogo) / Alcohol Percentage 16%

Kamotsuru Sake Brewing, Hiroshima
Founded in 1873 in Saijo, one of Japan's three major brewing regions. "Powerful Dry Junmai Ginjo," to which the chief brewer devoted himself to every grain of rice and drop of water, won the gold medal in the "SAKE-China" Ginjo/Junmai Ginjo category at the 2019 Japan Sake Fair. It is sharp but with a dry yet delicious taste. From simply seasoned to oily dishes, this is a sake that pairs well with various Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes. Our very special brew is made with coffee beans from sustainable Rainforest Alliance Certified* farms in Brazil. Green seeds are removed after the pulp of the coffee cherry dries. The natural processing of beans produces a gentle fruity sweetness in the coffee. The bean cores roast softly in tender waves of heat, developing a fragrance of roasted nuts and a semi-sweet lingering finish reminiscent of caramel.

Our new comforter features Maruhachi Mawata feather down. The new pillow boasts two layers—one filled with feather down for an airy, fluffy quality, and the other made from soft, springy polyurethane foam—for a completely unique feel. Our bed pad is a version of Nishikawa Sangyo's Air Cyclone®, which has been customized to fit our Business Class staggered seats perfectly. It boasts three special layers and the optimal degree of resilience, allowing you to turn over in your sleep easily. With excellent breathability, it also enables you to enjoy an incredibly comfortable slumber. The reverse side of the mattress is slip-resistant, meaning you can also use it as a seat cushion while sitting upright in your seat.
We use Nishikawa's Air Cyclone® bed pad, which won a Japanese Good Design Award in 2012. Air comprises 96% of the bed pad, providing excellent breathability and quick-dry features. The air cushion ensures fantastic support in any positions, allowing you to feel as comfortable as if you were resting on a cloud.
Our down comforter offers a supreme level of comfort and hygiene, with all feathers having been carefully washed and dried at a high temperature at a Maruhachi Group factory within Japan. Down comforters boast excellent moisture absorption and desorption, allowing you to enjoy an even more comfortable rest.
The pillow comprises two layers: one filled with the high-quality feather down, and the other made from polyurethane foam.
