Please inform a member of staff at the arrival airport immediately, as you will need to follow our missing baggage process.
When the baggage is located, it will be delivered to the designated location.
In order to expedite the search for your baggage, you may be asked to provide details regarding the contents of the baggage. This constitutes important information which will be used for reference when issuing compensation.
If unfortunately the baggage is not found after a full search, we will compensate you in accordance with the Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage from the 7th day onward after your arrival or the declaration of the delayed baggage.
