1. Changes to ANA Card Design
Starting in April 2026, we will gradually update the design of ANA cards.
Changes
- The "Star Alliance logo" will be removed
(Important) There will be no changes to our services following the update to the ANA Card Design.
2. Standardization of Lounge Access Procedures
To streamline status verification at airports as part of our digitalization efforts, we will standardize lounge access procedures as follows:
Usage Method: When using a lounge, please present the "ANA Mileage Club App (Digital Card)," "Status Card," "Super Flyers Lounge Card," or your "Boarding Pass."
This will enable you to verify your latest status information accurately and promptly, reducing your wait time and ensuring a smooth experience.
