- The redemption code will be issued by our partner (here on after Tremendous) on behalf of ANA, and you will be redirected to the Tremendous website to complete your gift card redemption.
- A valid email address is required to apply to redeem as the giftcard link will be sent to you.
How to Use Your e-Gift Card
Your e-Gift Card Redemption Code (Claim Code) will be issued approximately 7–10 business days after your mileage redemption is completed.
How to Claim e-Gift Card Redemption Code:
- Check your email inbox for title: ANA sent you $XX.00 USD or email ANA via Tremendous (rewards@reward.tremendous.com).
- Click the "Redeem" button with the amount shown.
- It will redirect you to Tremendous Rewards website.
- Click Redeem.
- Gift Card line up will be listed for you to select.
- Select the the e-Gift Card of your choice.
- Please review about the merchant and the e-gift card for use.
- Click Redeem.
- * Note: Once you click Redeem, you will no longer be able to cancel or select a different merchant.
- Click "View Code" to have your unique code issued to you.
- Please review on how to use e-gift code as each merchant may vary.
- * Once you have received the email at step 1, the gift code URL will be valid 1 year (365days).

Terms and Conditions
- Mileage expiration dates are based on Japan time.
- Once your application has been accepted, no cancellations or mileage refunds are allowed.
- Mileage pooling through Family Account service is not permitted.
- This redemption is only available to ANA Mileage Club members with a registered U.S. mailing address.
- By using this service, you agree to allow ANA to share the minimal information required with Tremendous in order to generate your gift code.
- Email will be sent from (rewards@reward.tremendous.com) on behalf of ANA. Please check your spam box if you have not received it over 20 days from redemption.
- Only one e-Gift Card Redemption Code (Claim Code) can be accepted per redemption. If you would like to redeem additional gift codes, please redeem again.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards - and they cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Before making final submission please ensure that your email address is correct.
- ANA is not responsible for any theft or loss of an e-Gift Card Redemption Code (Claim Code).
- Use of gift code with to redeem your rewards will be subject Tremendous' Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions. Please see each merchants terms and condition before redeeming the gift card.
- Please note that your gift card(s) should arrive at your registered mailing address approximately 07-10 business days from the order date.
- Once you select a merchant and click "View Code," you will no longer be able to change the merchant. Please note that the selected merchant or retailer cannot be changed after this step.

Please redeem into giftcard of your choice before the expiration date as new code will not be issued after expiration.
