Information

Due to the recovery in demand for travel, we are currently receiving a large number of enquiries and this has made it difficult to reach us by telephone.
Additionally, we are also receiving an increasing number of enquiries by e-mail and in some cases it is taking several days to reply.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you.
We are replying to enquiries by email in order of departure date, so if your departure date is further away, it may take longer to receive a reply.

Notice for Passengers Flying on United Codeshare Flights

  • Customers flying with a United Airlines codeshare flight number can request their seat assignment on the ANA website. You can access the seat map screen after inputting your booking information on the Search Reservation page.
  • You can access your flight information by inputting your six digit reservation number (you can input the six digit number from United Airlines) or 13 digit e-Ticket number (starting with 016), followed by your name.
  • When inputting your name, please be sure to enter full name as shown on your ticket. For more information on entering booking information, please go here.

  • Please note reservations matters including but not limited to changes/cancellations, seat selections, special meal requests cannot be assisted by email.
  • Due to high volume of emails received, response to email inquiries can take up to 2 - 3 weeks.

Forgotten Articles and Delayed/Damaged Baggage

  • Lost items will be kept at the arrival airport. If you have left something behind, please contact the relevant arrival airport.
  • If you first notice the damage after leaving the arrival airport, please report it to the airport at which you arrived no later than seven days after the date of receipt (excluding the date of receipt).
  • Note that in some cases articles which are discovered within the airport rather than the aircraft cabin may be kept within the airport building or the local police station. Please inquire after confirming who you should contact.

  • Customers that wish to register this information should print out the appropriate emergency contact information form below, complete the required sections of the form, and hand it to airport staff at the boarding gate on the day of departure from their home country.
  • Note: Collected emergency contact information will not be used for commercial purpose. The information will be disposed of appropriately after the flight arrives at its destination.
