Please note that your gift card(s) should arrive to your registered mailing address approximately 10-15 business days from the order date. Please do not change your mailing address until you receive your gift card(s).
If you have not received your gift card(s) in the mail within three to four weeks after ordering, please contact our Customer Service Center.
We will hold any gift card(s) returned to us (due to an incorrect mailing address or other reasons) for 60 days. After 60 days, we are not responsible for any gift cards that are not claimed.
Mileage pooling through Family Account service is not permitted.
