Mileage Discount Offer

Direct flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Chennai start on October 27, 2019. This is the only direct flight from Japan, which now gives you faster access to South India.

During this campaign, members flying on certain routes within the eligible boarding period can use ANA International Flight Awards with 50% off regular season’s required mileage.

From 14:00 on October 10, 2019 (JST) to 23:59 on February 28, 2020 (local time in country where ticket is reserved and issued).

• Boarding Period: October 30, 2019 to March 28, 2020.
• Reservations can be made up to 96 hours before the departure of the first flight within the itinerary.
  Flight tickets that are reserved but not issued during the campaign period are not eligible. In this case, tickets can be issued by the ANA Mileage Club Service Center using the required number of mileage.

• 3 flights per week (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday)
• The departure and arrival times at Narita Airport are 30 minutes later from October 27 to November 30.
• The departure and arrival times at Narita Airport are 10 minutes later from March 1 to March 28.
• Departure/Arrival time is the local time.
• Approval by the relevant authorities is assumed. Schedules and equipment are subject to change without notice.

Any ANA Mileage Club member and family members within 2 degrees of kinship are eligible.

• ANA international flight awards cannot be used for codeshare flights with ANA flight numbers, which are operated by other airlines (except for domestic flights).
• Itineraries can be for both Economy Class and Business Class.
• Itinerary including other airline's flights (Partner Flight Awards) cannot be applied towards this campaign, including applicable ANA flights.
• The number of seats that can be used with Flight Awards is limited.

• This is an online-only campaign. Apply by logging into the ANA website or the ANA app. Reservations made by phone are not accepted.
• The discount will be applied only when your whole itinerary (reservation period, ticketing period, flight, class) meet the campaign rule and conditions.
• To qualify for the discount, both the departure and arrival airports must be on one of the eligible routes.
• You may select either normal awards or Discount mileage awards.
• Itineraries with two international flights from/to Japan are eligible for the campaign. Itineraries with three or more flights with a connection in Japan are not eligible.
• Passengers with domestic connections in Japan are also eligible for this campaign. Itineraries departing from outside Japan are also eligible.

• Flight tickets issued through this campaign are only valid for the reserved flight. Changes can be made by paying additional miles to cover the difference with the usual number of miles required (Even if the flight to which you change falls within the campaign period, additional miles must be paid upon changing your reservation to cover the difference).
• Flight Awards reserved and issued using regular miles will not be eligible for the discount, even if they fall in the eligible period or on an eligible route.
• If all flights are unused, a fixed refund charge (3,000 miles per person) is required in cases when changing from Flight Awards with the regular number of required miles to Flight Awards with the discounted number of miles for this campaign.
  • After paying the refund charge, you will need to make a new reservation and be issued a new ticket.
• Award reservations already ticketed may be refunded only if all flights are unused. Refunded miles will be credited to your mileage account with the standard handling fee deduction of 3,000 miles.
• Miles expiring at the time of refunding cannot be processed.

• Taxes, charges, airport user charges, fuel surcharges, and any other extra charges associated with obtaining and using award air tickets are to be paid by the award user.
• Flight Awards are not applicable for mileage accrual. Please see Terms & Conditions for additional information.Please note that the conditions applying to air tickets reserved and issued using mileage discount differ from regular conditions on occasion. In such cases, the conditions listed above take priority.
• ANA Mileage Club Family Account Service, which allows you to combine the miles of family members, can be applied when booking online.
