Assistance Information Registration Service

A service has been launched that allows ANA Mileage Club members to register assistance information for your flight due to illness, injury or disability. Upon making a reservation, you can make your reservation with your assistance information smoothly due to report ANA Mileage Club membership number and that staff identifies the registered information of the assistance.

Types of Information You Can Register

  • Walking ability
  • Information on wheelchair to be checked in
    (manual, electric, foldable or non-foldable, size, spare battery)
  • Whether or not you have a visual/hearing impairment
  • Medical equipment to be used on board the aircraft
  • Assistive equipment to be loaned requiring special arrangement
  • Assistance required at the airport or on board
    etc.
  • * We will register your assistance information to the column of customer information of ANA Mileage Club member. A part of registered information can be indicated on the page of customer's basic information on ANA Web site and the screen view for reconfirmation upon international reservation.
    We will keep your all assistance information other than the indicated information. We will take it over to airport agent and cabin crew to be qualified the registered information by the ANA Disability Desk.

Customer Information Registration Process

ANA Mileage Club Members

We will register additional assistance information, so please apply using one of the following methods.

As it is an additional registration to ANA Mileage Club member information, we will confirm your identity.

Non-ANA Mileage Club Members

First of all, please join the ANA Mileage Club. You can do so through the ANA website or by post.
Please apply by email, mail or phone after joining.

Join Through the ANA Website

Press the button below to complete the necessary application procedures. Your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number will be shown on the Registration Completion page.

Make sure to keep your ANA Mileage Club membership number in a safe place as you will require it to register your passenger information.

Join by Post

We will send the membership application form to your designated address, so please call the "ANA Disability Desk". Please fill in the application form you received and return it to the ANA Mileage Club Center.

How to Register Special Assistance Information

After joining the ANA Mileage Club, you can register your information using one of the following methods.

Register by Email

Please download and fill in the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information and email it as a PDF attachment.

The ANA Disability Desk will check the form and then register your assistance information.

Register by Post

Download and fill in the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information below and post it to the Assistance Information Registration Service Desk.

If you are unable to download the sheet, please contact the ANA Disability Desk so it can be posted to you instead.

Notes

  • Please print the Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information on white A4 paper. (Please do not expand/shrink the form or use double-sided printing.)
  • Please use the address label only upon posting the Information Registration Form.
  • If we need to verify the content you have submitted, ANA staff may contact you by phone.

Register by Phone

Call the ANA Disability Desk with your 10-digit ANA Mileage Club membership number ready to hand.

ANA staff will ask for assistance information and register it as member information.

Points to Note regarding Registration

  • Customers can register information if they have applied for membership of the ANA Mileage Club.
  • We are unable to return documents sent to the Assistance Information Registration Service Desk, so please ensure that you make copies of anything you require.
  • We may return your documentation and the form itself for confirmation purposes if there are discrepancies between the information on the registration form and that registered with the ANA Mileage Club.
  • It will take 5 working days to process your registration. If the Registration Desk calls to confirm any items on your form, your registration will take 5 working days to process after said items have been confirmed.
  • If there is any change in registration information, or for confirmation of registration information details, please contact the "ANA Disability Desk" by phone or email.
  • Postal registration is not available to customers resident outside of Japan. Please apply for registration by email.
  • When sending applications by post, only regular postal mail will be accepted. Registrations sent by other means such as courier or express delivery services will not be accepted.
  • Please refer to the ANA Privacy Policy for details regarding the use of personal information.

Available Service After Completion of Assistance Information Registration

When Reserving a Flight Ticket over the Phone

Any special assistance information you register with us will be handled carefully. Please report your ANA Mileage Club Membership number when making a reservation. Then, ANA staff will confirm the information of the assistance and take over to the airport and the airplane cabin.

When Reserving Flight Tickets on the ANA Website

Some of your registered assistance information will be displayed as support information on the website, so that you don't have to enter it and can complete your reservation quickly.

Information of "A" "B" "C" of Registration Sheet for Customer Assistance Information is displayed as follows.
The Information "A" you have registered will be shown on the reservation confirmation page upon making a reservation on the ANA website and on the basic ANA Mileage Club member information page.
The Information "B" you have registered will be shown on the basic ANA Mileage Club member information page on internet (Web).
The Information "C" you have registered will not be displayed on the ANA website screen, please contact "ANA Disability Desk" after making your flight reservation. After confirming the registration details, we will hand over to the airport or the plane.

  • * If you have registered for Assistance information 2 and 3, you're required to call ANA Disability Desk when making a booking.
