- * For flights departing on/after May 19, 2026, the descriptions on the reservation search page for Japan domestic flights will change from "Premium Class" and "Economy Class Seat" to "First Class (Premium Class)" and "Economy Class" respectively. There are no plans for any changes to the service following this change in terminology.
Passengers flying economy are accommodated with ground service.
STEP1: Airport Procedure
Customers who have reserved, purchased, and designated their seats may use the Online Check-in to skip the check-in process at the airport.
STEP2: Checking in baggage
Checked baggage can weigh up to 20kg.
If you are boarding on/after May 19, 2026, your free baggage allowance will differ depending on the fare. Please check the free baggage allowance stated on your e-ticket itinerary receipt.
STEP3: Security Checkpoint
Passengers should pass through security at least 20 minutes prior to departure, and come to the boarding gate at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
STEP4: Boarding
Boarding will proceed after the elderly, passengers traveling with small children, expectant mothers, those who require help, and passengers flying premium class have boarded.
STEP5: On board
Carefully selected meals and beverages are provided on board.
STEP6: Baggage Claim, Disembarking
Pick up your luggage after passengers flying premium class and customers with strollers*.
