We have tailored a selection of the highest quality ingredients from around the world to achieve the most exquisite tastes. Of particular mention is the appetizer terrine of foie gras with quail from Aichi Prefecture. It is served with a refreshing beet and orange sauce. The main dish is the roasted European Omar Blue, said to be the finest of the Omar shrimp. The fleshy Omar shrimp is complemented beautifully by a red wine sauce that gives it a real depth of flavor.
