First Class passengers who wish to check bags should proceed to the baggage drop counter, where a baggage tag will be attached with First Priority or First Class Priority printed on it. These bags will arrive first at Baggage Claim for easy and quick retrieval. Get More Baggage Information.

First Class passengers receive priority boarding after those who need special assistance.

ANA Original

ANA Chefs - Japanese Cuisine

The menu begins with a crab and avocado salad served inside a kumquat. January's appetizer is stem lettuce served in the style of the traditional Japanese New Year's decoration kadomatsu. December features an ankimo anglerfish liver dish slow-cooked with Japanese Arima sansho pepper and served with burdock, Japanese leek, and other winter vegetables. January and February offer the light flavors of chawanmushi, steamed savory egg white custard, with steamed sea urchin with thin yuba tofu covered in a thick sauce. December and January have crispy fried golden eye snapper and deliciously flavorful seasonal Kyoto taro wrapped in beef. The February Japanese wagyu beef is a sirloin grilled with miso and chopped shiitake mushrooms. Plump shrimp-filled fried crunchy lotus roots provide a delightful accompaniment.

ANA Original

ANA Chefs - International Cuisine

The appetizer of smoked scallops is served with a small jar of caviar. Marinated gravlax salmon and sea bream served with a grated carrot sauce. The grilled Japanese wagyu beef tenderloin main is served with a rich sauce with the concentrated umami of the meat. Accompanied by lotus root galette. The fish is a rare Brittany anglerfish cheek sautéed in butter and balanced with fish stock, cream, and ginger for a beautifully light flavor. The dish is gorgeously arranged with mushrooms, dried tomatoes, sautéed spinach, and two kinds of raisins.

Yatsushika Brewery (Oita)

The brewery was established in 1864 at the foot of the Kuju mountains, which has rich springs and is considered by the locals to be the rooftop of the Kyushu island. It features the rich elegant and fruity aroma of white peach and lilac as well as round sweetness from the rice. It is an elegant "AWA SAKE" ("AWA" meaning "bubble"), round but also crisp, very well-balanced sparkling sake.

Inspired by the unwavering trust of sake enthusiasts, Fukuchiyo Brewery passionately crafts "Nabeshima", the sake that embodies the commitment to desire with it's intimate brew. It has a pleasant aroma of citrus fruit, such as lemon, and unripe banana, with a gentle touch of grapefruit flavor at the end. Overall, it is a gentle, umami-filled sake.

Nishida Sake Brewery (Aomori)

Established in 1878, Nishida Sake Brewery is Aomori City's sole sake brewery that began brewing sake the old-fashioned hand crafted way, with the desire to use "back-to-basic techniques" and produce unique and classical sake. This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo made from "Hanaomoi," a rice from Aomori especially made for sake. It offers a gentle, rounded body with a gorgeous fruity aroma.

Tea Selection

Dallmayr is the only coffee roastery to also have decades of experience with tea. The

company was already purchasing precious tea leaves from special traders at the end of

the 19th century (around 1850). Since the 1930s, in regard to the high quality

standards of the delicatessen in Munich, the Dallmayr tea department was known for

its premium and outstanding tea varieties.
